Started in September 2018, by blogger and podcast host Liv Purvis, The Insecure Girls’ Club first took form as an Instagram page- after endless IRL conversations with friends, colleagues, people she’d just met (probably her dog too) about the common insecurities they all shared- from wobbles in the workplace, university, friendship struggles and body image. Aiming to create a space where women could openly talk about and share their insecurities- no matter how great or ‘small’ they felt they were- the page has grown into a real group of brilliant people, all championing the things we’re so inclined to not talk about or share.

Growing and extending into a community of thousands of women worldwide, the club acts as a safe space to discuss and challenge modern insecurity and allow women to embrace their vulnerabilities- knowing that if you ever want to feel less alone, there’s always another one of us feeling this way.
